Diana is a textile artist and a member of Society of Designer craftsmen and Bromley Art Society.

She mainly creates English Countryside scenes but Lockdown gave her the opportunity to develop diversity to her work.

Her new animal and bird pictures capture English wildlife. Layers of fabric fragments are hand stitched in place and this gives a textured relief to the wild life.

Repeated patterns of leaves are free machine stitched on a collaged background with decorative lace and ribbon.
